IQNA – The head of the International Union for Muslim Scholars (IUMS) described the Israeli forces’ assassination of patients in a hospital in Jenin, occupied West Bank, as a disgrace for humanity.

IUMS Chief Sheikh Ali Qaradaghi

“The Zionist regime’s forces entered the Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin, the West Bank, disguised as patients, physicians, clients and nurses, and shot three patients (dead),” Ali al-Qaradaghi said in a post on X.

“This cowardly act is not considered a victory but a shame for contemporary humanity that, with its silence, has given legitimacy to every forbidden act and permitted any crime,” he added.

In an assassination operation recorded on CCTV on Tuesday, the Israeli regime’s special forces entered the Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin, where they shot dead three patients on Monday morning.

The CCTV footage shows the Zionist regime agents disguised as medical personnel and civilians, carrying firearms as they conduct a search within the hospital.

The Israeli forces executed three young Palestinian patients in the hospital.

The Palestinian resistance movements Hamas and Islamic Jihad have vowed they will take revenge for assassinations.

The United Nations’ human rights office strongly condemned the “unlawful killing of Palestinians in the occupied West Bank” by Israeli forces.

It described the assassinations as a “planned extrajudicial execution” of three Palestinian men inside Ibn Sina Hospital.

The UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights has documented a rising number of unlawful killings since October 7 and called for Israel to “provide accountability for all unlawful use of force” by its forces.
